COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Original Passport Valid for a minimum of 06 months from the date of travel and previous passports.
2. Visa forms duly signed by each passenger.(Separate application for each country- U.K & Schengen)
3. Photographs (4nos) for U.K Visa. Specification of (35mm X 45mm), white Background
4. Covering letter on your Business letterhead only (for Employee - covering letter can give in plain
paper with present address) –.
5. Sponsor ship letter is required if the trip is sponsored by other person - with ID proof
6. Sponsor documents- 6 Bank Statement – Salary slip – Rent agreement – employ proof –UK visa
copy & PR card
7. Original Income tax “SARAL” for last 03 years with balance sheet (Personal & Company’s &
sponsor).
8. Last 6 months Original bank statement, Personal , Companies & sponsor with adequate funds.
9. Fixed Deposits, NSC, PPF, Post office Savings, Share certificates & any other financial proof.

attested by notary public)
11. Additional documents also required as mentioned below, If you are a :
Partner - Company’s Partner Ship Deed, Company’s IT for 3 years & 6 months original bank statement.
Director - Memorandum & Articles of the Company,
Company’s IT for 3 years & 6 months original bank statement.
Proprietor - Registration of the company or sales tax act for shop. Appointment Letter, Form 16 for last 3 years,
Employed - Appointment Letter, Form 16 for last 3 years , Salary Slip for Last 6 Months or Salary Certificate Leave letter from employee.
Govt. Employee - NOC from Govt., or Leave. Letter mentioned the purpose of leave.
Honeymoon - Marriage certificate & Wedding Invitation or Name Endorsement in the spouse passport.
Couple : NOC from girl’s parents on 20.Rs Stamp paper
Duly attested by Notary public. (Format will be given on request) 03 – 04 photographs of engagement.
Student : Bonafide certificate from School/College/ID Card.
Leave letter from the School/College for the tour duration period.
Retired - Pension Proof / Retirement Proof.
Charitable Trust : Employment proof & sponsoring Letter from the Trust Registration copies of the Trust
*Are you below 18 Years of Age, Parents not accompanying with you? Then Below 18 Years
NOC from parents on 20Rs. Stamp paper duly Signed by parents & attested by Notary Public (Format will be given on request) Father’s & Mother’s passports copies (first & last page) for signature proof.
Note :
For UK visa personal appearance & Biometric is compulsory.
The finger scan procedure uses an electronic scanner. No ink, liquid or chemical. You should ensure that your fingertips are free from any forms of decoration (for example, henna), cuts, abrasions or other markings as these may affect your ability to provide acceptable finger scans. Your digital photograph must
be taken with full face and without sunglasses or tinted spectacles, or head covering unless it is worn for religious or medical reasons. Your face should be clearly visible with no hair across the eyes. We cannot
process your visa if you do not submit your biometric data.
All required documents should me original to process UK .
Personal Documents:
Valid Passport: Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the United States.
Old Passports: If you've traveled to the USA before, bring all old passports containing previous US visas.
Photographs: Recent passport-sized photographs meeting the US visa photo requirements.
Visa Application Confirmation: Printout of the DS-160 confirmation page with barcode.
Appointment Confirmation: Confirmation of visa interview appointment.
Visa Fee Receipt: Proof of payment of the visa application fee.
SEVIS Fee Receipt: If applicable, proof of payment of the SEVIS fee for certain visa categories.
Financial Documents:
Bank Statements: Recent bank statements showing sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in the USA.
Income Tax Returns: Copies of your income tax returns for the last three years.
Employment Letter: Letter from your employer stating your job position, salary, and approved leave for travel (if employed).
Business Ownership Documents: If self-employed or a business owner, provide business registration documents and financial statements.
Travel Itinerary:
Flight Reservation: Confirmed round-trip flight reservations.
Hotel Reservation: Confirmation of hotel bookings or a letter of invitation if staying with relatives/friends.
Travel Itinerary: Detailed itinerary of your planned activities during your stay in the USA.
Purpose of Visit Documents:
Tourism:
Tourist Itinerary: Detailed plan of sightseeing activities, tourist attractions, and places you intend to visit.
Letter of Invitation (if applicable): If visiting family/friends, a letter of invitation from them including their contact information, address, and relationship with you.
Travel Insurance: Proof of travel insurance covering medical expenses and emergencies during your trip.
Business:
Invitation Letter: If attending meetings, conferences, or business-related events, provide an invitation letter from the hosting organization or company.
Business Contacts: Contact information of business associates or companies you'll be visiting in the USA.
Trade Fair/Conference Registration: If attending a trade fair or conference, provide registration details.
Additional Documents:
Marriage Certificate/Proof of Relationship (if applicable): If traveling with family, provide proof of relationship.
Criminal/Court Records: If you have any criminal records, provide relevant documents explaining the nature of the offense.
Medical Records: If seeking medical treatment in the USA, provide medical records and a letter from your doctor explaining the treatment plan.
Proof of Ties to India: Documents showing strong ties to India such as property ownership, employment, family relationships, etc.
Previous Travel History: Documentation of previous international travel, if any.
